Kids + spray boxes = art

For some people this may sound strange, but it’s true. This year Veko has engaged in a collaboration with Voss Kunstlag and today a group of youngsters got to produce some real street art with guidance from Your Mamas Favourite Production.

Today’s workshop was held at Voss Kulturhus for kids between 10-14 years. They got to learn the real techniques in how to produce real graffiti art. 

If you are at the age between 15-19 years old you can join another workshop at Voss Kulturhus tomorrow Wednesday from 10.00-16.00.

Live street art performance 
Your Mamas Favourite Production (YMF Prod) consists of two incredible graffiti artists, ¨Meter¨ and ¨Res¨, who have created a living out of their passion. These two talented boys from Oslo do graffiti art exhibitions, workshops, spray walls and customize shoes and helmets. 

During the first days of Ekstremsportveko they have been working in public, creating art inspired by the surroundings and the atmosphere at Veko. This unique street art production was performed live on the parthway to Voss Kulturhus and on the outdoor stage next to the festival tent at Prestegardslandet.

Photo and art exhibition
There will be a photo and art exhibition opening at Voss Kulturhus tomorrow at 19.00. Here you can find the final products from the workshops and from the live street art performance.

The exhibition is open from Wednesday to sunday during Ekstremsportveko from 12.00-20.00.
